• Attachment Page (Explanation for missing 2008 Tax return) --- hubby and I will be working on that tonight after he get's home from work I started on it but don't know how to phrase it.. but I think it's important to include, because I don't want any RFEs.... I want to get it done right from the start!

are Signatures and date necessary for cover letter? Also I plan on just copying the parts of I-130 and I-485 for separate cover letters for those portions.

Am I missing something or did I do something wrong?

What visa are you AOSing from? You should be include a copy of that with the package. There is no fee for AP or EAD when filed together with AOS.
