Its messed up. My step-father and I went to info pass to inquire on how to remove my conditional status so when we where

There the officer started checking my name in the computer after a few minutes she told us that we dont have to file for a removal because they already mailed it but the this is I never receive it, so she told us to apply for the i90 which we did. And after 5 months of waiting a notice from the office of Nebraska mailed mea notice of denial for the said application the i90 because they did not see any evidence that i filed for the removal of my conditional status. And now my conditional status is expired. What should i do?? Please i need everybody's opinion.

You need to file the I-751 as soon as possible (like now) with all of the documentation from your I-90, your InfoPass appointment documents, and letter explaining how you filed the wrong form. Hopefully, they will excuse the late filing based on this. You need to send this form now.

They will ultimately blame you, but I'm sure they'll take your experience into account. You should have received a letter/instructions on how to do this when CR-2 status was granted. It's a shame those InfoPass people are so stupid though...

Also keep in mind that the CR-1 should be filing the form, not you.
