Can you please give me the updated steps/guides in filing AOS from K1 Visa. Is there a fee for EAD and AP? Thanks.

No fee for EAD and AP...IF filed with AOS. There is a fee if released after filing for AOS.

the forms, supporting documents and a check for $1,070

Is it just the $1070, no fees for EAD and AP?

Yes, $1,070. Fees for EAD and AP are waived when you apply together with I-485.

No, they didn't. My case was transferred to CSC and approved without an interview.
