Thanks to all these guides, comments and example forms, me ans my husband is almost finishing completeing all these forms. However there are some parts that I don't know what to put. So I want some help from you guys.

Before the questions, my situations is

2005. 9 came to US with J-1 no 2-year rule

2007. 3 adjust my status from J-1 to B-1 in US then overstayed since

On I-130,

#14. If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following: He or she arrive as a:

(I should put as J-1) <---- correct?

Arrival/Departure Record (I-94)

| | | | - | | | | | | | | |

(I gave my J-1 I-94 to USCIS when I adjust my status to B-1. What should I put down there? info of B-1?)

#20. If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her bname and foreign address in the native alphabet.

(I'm Korean, that means I should write down the address in Korean?)

#21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together.

(We're moving to our new apartment on Novermber 1st and we'll send these forms as soon as we move.

Should we write down the new address or the old one?)

On I-864,

#21-c. I saw on the exaple forms, they put '0' there but question was 'If you are currently married, enter '1' for your spouse.' So We put '1' there

and later on #21-h, Household size ended up with '3' '1' from 21-a, '1' from yourself and '1' from 21-c. Since my husband is writing this I'm the person on 21-a and 21-c.

Household size should be 2. What should I do?

On I-485,

Date of Last Arrival

(my physical arrival date of J-1 or my adjusted status, B-1, starting date)

I-94 #

(Since I don't have my J-1 I-94, I have to put B-1 I-94. Would it be problem?)

Cuttent USCIS Status

(expired in 2007. Is 'Out Of Status' correct description?)

In what status did you last enter?

(J-1 or B-1)

Nonimmigrant Visa number

(J-1 or B-1)

Consulate Where Visa Was Issued

(In Korea with J-1 or USCIS with B-1)

Date Visa Issued

(J-1 or B-1)

On I-765,

#14. Manner of Last Entry

(J-1 or B-1)

#15. Current Immigration Status

(Also is 'Out Of Status' correct description for me?)

Sorry for the massive questions and long thread. But I'm really confused and immigrations lawyers won't provide just review services in my area. So please please help me. Thank you so much.

On I-130,

#14. If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following: He or she arrive as a:

(I should put as J-1) <---- correct?

It suggests options like: visitor, student, stow away, without inspection, etc

since j-1 is exchange visitor, I'd put just visitor or exchange visitor

Arrival/Departure Record (I-94)

| | | | - | | | | | | | | |

(I gave my J-1 I-94 to USCIS when I adjust my status to B-1. What should I put down there? info of B-1?)

New I-94 should be at the bottom portion of your B-1 approval notice, those numbers are same as on your previous I-94

#20. If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her bname and foreign address in the native alphabet.

(I'm Korean, that means I should write down the address in Korean?)

I'd put just name in your national language, for address I'd put "currently in USA" - you don't want your file to be confused and sent to National Visa Center.

#21. If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together.

(We're moving to our new apartment on Novermber 1st and we'll send these forms as soon as we move.

Should we write down the new address or the old one?)

I'd put your new address since it will be your last address when you send forms

On I-864,

You're already counted in 21-a so 21-c remains blank, the important part it says DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE, assuming you're filing from top to bottom, 21-a you're, 21-c married but spouse already counted - skip it.

Also it might easier just to file 864EZ if you meet requirements

On I-485,

Date of Last Arrival

(my physical arrival date of J-1 or my adjusted status, B-1, starting date)

By arrival they mean when did you come to USA, so that would be J-1

I-94 #

(Since I don't have my J-1 I-94, I have to put B-1 I-94. Would it be problem?)

Numbers are same, doesn't matter which one

Cuttent USCIS Status

(expired in 2007. Is 'Out Of Status' correct description?)

I think B-1, and no need to mention about "Out of status", they'll figure it out from next line 'Expires on(mm/dd/yyyy)'

In what status did you last enter?

(J-1 or B-1)

Again by enter I think they meant entering into USA, so J-1

Nonimmigrant Visa number

(J-1 or B-1)

Lower right corner printed with red ink

Consulate Where Visa Was Issued

(In Korea with J-1 or USCIS with B-1)

in your passport is J-1 visa, B-1 is just a status, so I think it's Korea, must be city's name where consulate in which you got your visa

Date Visa Issued

(J-1 or B-1)

J-1 since B-1 is status, not a visa

On I-765,

#14. Manner of Last Entry

(J-1 or B-1)

Entry into US and it suggest visitor, student, etc I'd put exchange visitor or just visitor

#15. Current Immigration Status

(Also is 'Out Of Status' correct description for me?)

I'd put visitor, since you're filing with I-485, they will know everything by now

NB: All the answers are only my personal opinion
