Don't worry..if there's a will there's a way :D - try going to the division offlice your school is under or at the dep ed...i know schools forward records to them.

Thank you Dean!! Let me see what I could do. I am also preparing myself the CO might ask for some more after all these, give me more

pressures and keep troubling me until he can't think of anything else!!

Get as many documents as you can to verify who you are where you went to school, Find teachers you had and get a notarized statements. Maybe some of your schools will have the records from the previous school. Good Luck.push on.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

You maybe right! But I still cry unfair! I know somebody here at VJ who just left this month just got interviewed last Oct 4, where her BC was late registered (done when she was 15 years old) issued a visa very quickly after her interview..The CO didn't bother!!! Why me???

My GOD! I am such a good law-abiding citizen :( :( ..OK! It is! what it is!, form 138 is simply a report card. I Don't have that anymore

that one has been submitted to HS, and if my elementary school is saying they no longer have my form 137, then securing the form 138

is impossible!!

I am thinkin getting an affidavit of loss from a family lawyer, affidavit from school principal and City Mayor. You think this would help??? I am also thinking scanning my old diploma however u know old low tech system before..my name on it is only written with the use

of a marker..it washed off already :crying: :crying:

I am sorry you had to go through the hassle of the 221(g) status. I hope you do understand visa approval is case to case basis even if you had similar situation. Maybe the other applicant was prepared with other documents to back up the BC Late registration.

hello there, well ask your school's administrator if they forward it to National Archives, sometimes old records can be found there > That happens to my friend where she cant get any records from where she studied because the school was burned , so she went to archives and got a record but I don't know if they will accept it. Will try that one and if in case you got one attached your HS form 138 and transcript from college if you have that one too. At least you tried . God Bless You.

old elementary school ID might help.

because she learned my case but again CO didn't bother!

Ok reason why I quoted and highlighted the thing specifying about the case of another applicant who was 15 and was late registered and not a big deal with the CO. Understand that at 15 one can't or it is impossible to contract marriage by that age and younger than that. Where as if you registered at about 22, chances that they may see is that another identity of you existed and may had been married or having criminal liabilities ( this is just a speculations from me ). and so, they need proof that you are the same person you claim who you are since birth till your late registration. IMHO

I am defeated!! This is so tiring! The thing is why that CO didnt ask all of these along with my baptismal. Time passed and wasted!

I just want to ask what is marriage index. Is that cemar?am so confused.

A marriage index according to the guy from visa processing team ..is a marriage re- verification where it will show previous marriages, annulment of divorce history..it make sense to me now, one can have CENOMAR after being annulled or divorced, so I think the CO wanna

make sure I didn't lie and I am the same person.
