Where in the IV Packet are we supposed to attach the 2 passport photos? Also, am I supposed to write case number, benificiary name or anything on the back of them?

Yes, it's suggested to write the beneficiary's full name, birth date, and case number on the back of both photos in pencil.

If I had to do it, I'd put both photos into a plastic bag and staple it to a blank paper and include it with the other documents in the IV package.

Thank you for the reply! I have another small question. When they state to include 1 copy set of civil documetns....that would mean a copy of birth certificate and marriage certificate?

It means include the original/certified copy of each civil document, plus a photocopy of each one.

The confusion was comming from me not being sure what of these documents in this packet are "civil documents".

You just need to include a copy of the birth and marriage certificate. Basically, include a copy of any certificate you want back (besides the police certificate as this won't be returned to you).
