Best civil surgeon in midwest?

I'm in Indiana and my wife needs i-693. She has had about one half of the required vaccinations. Does anyone have a suggestion?

10-4-2010: Married in NYC

10-17-2011: Sent in I-130, I-485 Packets

10-21-2011: Package received by USCIS

10-28-2011: Received I-797 forms for I-130, I-485, I-765

11-9-2011: RFE received for missing medical exam

11-22-2011: Biometrics

11-28-2011: Civil Surgeon medical exam

11-30-2011: Sent medical exam for RFE

12-5-2011: RFE received by USCIS; Case sent to NBC

12-15-2011: Interview set for 1-17-2012

12-28-2011: EAD card received

1-17-2012: Interview at NBC- Approved!

I live in Greenfield, IN and I did my medical examination at St. Francis Occupational. I had all my vaccines so they only charged me for the medical examination and my blood test which is mandatory. It cost me $200 and I pretty much called all the civil surgeons listed in the USCIS website and could´t find a better price. Hope this helps :)

09/16/2011 Package arrived at Chicago lock-box

09/19/2011 Received text mail from USCIS package accepted

09/21/2011 NOA1 hard-copies received in mail

09/29/2011 Biometrics appointment scheduled for October 19th 2011

10/04/2011 Successful walk-in for biometrics

10/21/2011 Request to appear for initial interview

11/08/2011 EAD Card/Document Production

11/17/2011 EAD received in the mail

11/18/2011 Applied for SSN with EAD

11/22/2011 Interview at Local USCIS Indianapolis (Approved)

11/22/2011 Received text and e-mail that I-485 has been approved

11/23/2011 Touched Green Card Production

11/29/2011 Touched

12/01/2011 Received SS card in the mailbox

12/02/2011 Received GC and welcome letter in the mail

12/29/2011 Touched I-130

01/02/2012 I-130 approved (letter in the mail)

My journey lasted 2 months and 18 days :)
