Yesterday when I checked my status online my I- 765 or employment authorization was already card production and right now when I check again it's in post decision...Does anyone here experience that? Which is true?

It means your card has already been produced and is in the mail.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

The online system is notoriously crappy. Don't worry about it. :)

You know.. it was 100% accurate for me... Some people it's off, but some people it's fine.. like the OP's case where it's accurate, that's what happens.
