I-130, part D, in regard to "former petitons that were submitted"

Hi again,

I'm gonna file I-130 for my Mom ,father & my 28-year old brother separately in 10 days.(maybe put them on the same PACKAGE)& i have already filed for my husband and he is waiting for visa availability (so a pending petition)

But i'm confused about Q.1 and 2 in part D of I-130.

here are these 2 questions:

1- If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship.

2- Have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien? Yes No If yes, give names, place and date of filing and result.

in Q.1 i don't know being submitted means SIMULTANEOUSLY ( meaning in the same package)?

I think of putting my Mother, Father, and brother names in reply to Q.1 WHETHER OR NOT i send all 3 forms in just one Package or in 3 separate PACKAGES(of course removing his/her name for each i-130) and putting my husband name in reply to Q.2

then in IMMHELP Froum, they suggest this:

Q.1

If you are submitting other petitons simultaneously such as for your children from this or former marriages mention their names here, so that all the applications can be processed together.

Q.2

the question is primarily targeted toward the petitioner filing for spouse.
