Ok,

So my fiancee has her interview in Rio in little more than a week. Our question is about the paperwork from the gynecologist. He said that there is no need for one of the exams the consulate wants to see. Is that possible?

Then as far as the paperwork she was told she would have to wait. That was a month ago. What do we do?

Did you get her medical done by an approved civil surgeon? That is the only one the consulate will accept. My husband got his paperwork on the same day as the medical. If you are still in need of a CS, contact Dr. Joaquim Duarte in Rio. You can have it done a couple of days before the interview if that works with your schedule. Other option is to find a CS in your city that can do it.
