Hi there. I'm new to the site and am a conditional green card holder from England married to a US citizen

We are about to file our joint i751 for the removal of conditions on my green card.

We are just gathering our last bits and pieces of evidence and will have a decent amount of stuff although we are a little worried about two of our pieces of evidence.

1)

Our joint banking info and our current rental lease.

We were married Jul 2009 and opened our first joint checking and savings bank accounts shortly afterwards. We then submitted and successfully got our AOS and conditional green card in Jan 2010.

However, due to my spouse's spending habits and poor credit, we closed the joint accounts in May 2010 as we were arguing over money.

After cleaning up the credit and growing up a little, my spouse and I decided to open our latest checking account last month.

As we are submitting our i751 with a new joint account and only 8months of prior joint account statements, will this open a red flag on our application?

2)

The other snag is that we have moved house once during the 2 year period. AR11 was submitted for the change of address. We are including the rental lease from our old address that contains both of our names, however, the new address does not contain both names. We had a room mate and decided it was best to have the room mate and I on the lease to split official rent paid, and my spouse and I could come to a private agreement to pay. Thus, the newest lease only contains my name and the room mates. Will this be another red flag?

In our application, we will also include:

Joint tax returns 2009 and 2010

Copies of w2's to both old and new address for both spouses

Pay stubs to old and new address for both spouses

3 years worth of joint healthcare coverage, letters, bills etc

Joint water and power bills 2010 and 2011

Joint car insurance

Joint AAA membership

Both names on AT and T account

7 affidavits from friends and family

Joint gas bill from old address

Joint Charter bill from old address

Pictures of us with friends, family, vacations, show tickets etc

Any help and your opinions would be greatly appreciated.

1, include statements from your previous joint account and your new joint account. If you feel inclined you can include a letter as to what happened.

2, include the previous lease and a letter explaining the new lease. Provide with this proof that he lives at the address, drivers ID/state ID showing address as well as yours, bills in his name to the address, mail etc.

Thanks for the reply Inky. I already have letters explaining the situation. Should've mentioned that. Hopefully it will help.

Good luck with your ROC process.

More opinions/advice welcome. Don't hold back peeps. :)
