HI all! Thanks again for all the help!

My mom is my co-sponsor,

I have collected from her:

I-134

Tax Returns 2010

W2

Employer Letter

Birth Certicifate

Pay Stub

My question is- is this enough evidence?? and is this what is required?

I have even more evidence for my evidence of support.. But i know that I wont have a high enough income at the moment.

The check list I also recieved from the Jamaican Embassy states:

_____Evidence of Support: Typically, evidence submitted will consist of a Form I-134 http://kingston.usembassy.gov/fees/forms.html completed by the petitioning fiancé/fiancée along with the sponsor’s most current taxes and W2 statements, current bank statements, earnings statements, and an employment letter.

does this mean I should be getting bank statements from here... as well as earning statements??

any help on the subject would be appriciated.. Interview is coming a lot faster than I thought .. just want to be prepared!!

Thanks you

Diane

definitely get paystubs...we had 6 consecutive months of paystubs with our co sponsor forms...Also many people seem to get blue slipped in JA for only having one year of tax returns. We brought 2007-2010 tax transcripts just to be on the safe side. We also gave a year of bank statements. It all probably wasn't necessary but we felt better being over prepared rather than under prepared.
