You forgot something MAJOR.

Since you are using I-864EZ. You must have W-2 forms, not just Tax Transcripts.

Also list the documents in reverse order of years. Year 2010 first and 2008 last.

Hi Palladin, that's not true. We used the I-864EZ with just tax transcripts. Had no problems whatsoever.

The very second question at the beginning of the I-864EZ to qualify for the usage, says that you need to have income which is documented by your W-2s, which means W-2 is needed.

Don't take the chance. You need to submit W-2s. They can choose to not ask you for any thing. But you must have them.

It says right on the instructions to the I-864EZ (pages 4 and 5) that..

You must provide either an IRS transcript or a photocopy from your own records of your Federal individual income tax return for the most recent tax year.

If you provide a photocopy of your tax return(s), you must include a copy of each and every FormW-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your return(s). Do not include copies of these Forms if you provide an IRS transcript of your return(s) rather than a photocopy.

Yes you are correct it does state that. I followed the directions very closely. I didn't include my w2's since I used my tax transcripts. However, my dad is my co-sponsor and I used his actuat tax forms so I included the w-2's just as required.

I recently submitted an I-864ez together with the tax transcripts for 2010,2009 and 2008. I did not submit W2s and it was accepted.

In the IV packet, where do we attach the 2 passport photos? Also, are we to right case number, beneficiary name or anything on the back of the photos?
