If you are the Benificiary, your income, bank statements are meaningless. The Petitioners (USC) income only will count. Hopefully he meets or exceeds the the guildlines for the Income Requirements.

Moshin,

Email or mail the following to your beneficary:

1. Letter of Employment from your workplace - name, your position, start date, salary

2. Two years of IRS Tax transcripts

3. Bank Reference Letters

4. Any additional earnings i.e. IRA, MMA, or mutual funds.

More info you give, the less hassle it is for the embassy reviewing the case.

Bye the way, all the information above should be have provided via the i-134 form which is a required form by the embassy.

Hello everyone my name is Poonwattie, I am finacee of Mohsin, In his D-156 form they are asking for eveidence of engagement,

now i knw that would be engagement pictures etc, and also they are asking for eveidence of support, now I am the petitioner

and i cant give evidence of support, because from my understanding, they want to knw how he is supporting himself now, not when

he comes to USA, cuz if thats the case then they would ask for affidavit of support, which was provided to usics already, now

they cant expect me to support him in Pakistan at this moment, so how can I give evidence of support??However i will contact

my lawyer tomz. But ur imput will b highly appriciated.Thanx for ur time.

The affidavit of support is what is being requested. That should be presented at the interview.

Okay..

got it. The co-sponsor is your sis in law from the USA . Right? She should send you all the documents (same submitted for i-129F), to you for the embassy interview. Since your USC fiancee is not working, the US Embassy in PK needs to establish the fact you won't become a burden to the government once you are here.

So, either your sponsor or co-sponsor must provide legit financial documents for your K1 visa to be approved. As the beneficiary, you should have a copy of the i-129f in your possession, and the i-134 evidence of support forms from your fiancee explaining the fact there is a co sponsor and documents provided, should be good to go.

Good luck

There is a DS-156K Form which must be filled out the BENEFICIARY. The supporting documents requirements are :

- Evidence of Engagement: you should have tons of pictures, emails, chats attached.. This is considering on-going relationship.. after the submission of i-129F application.

- Evidence of Financial Support: This means you the petitioner will need to provide i-134 form and supported documents as attachment to this form..

- Police Certificate:

- Divorce Decree (if any)

- Birth Certificate

You as the USC should have complied a list of supporting documents and signed i-134 form, and mailed them to your beneficiary in PK.

They are not asking how he supports himself. They could careless how he supports himself.

Its all about how the american is going to support the immigrant. You need to provide your proof with the affidavit of support that you meet 125% of the poverty guidelines to support him when he comes to america. If you don't meed the requirements they will not approve the visa.

You were not supposed to send the affidavit of support to the USCIS you are supposed to send that and all the proof to your fiance after you got the NOA2. You will have to redo all that and send him new papers to bring to the interview.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

The affidavit of support needs to be redone. Its too old now to be given at the USEM. The USC needs to complete new forms and send them and new supporting evidence to you for the interview.
