Here is the result. She passed. This was her second interview. The First interview was in Newark, NJ. The interview was easier than we thought. The reason was back in april 12 2011, she failed the English portion only because the IO was talking too fast she did not understand and she did not ask the IO to slow down. This time she did ask the officer to slow down a few time and she understood and was able to answer basic question like those questions below. I believe this is how they test her English comprehension.

The appointment was for 8:00AM but we arrived at the office at about 7:15 sharp. The guard let everyone in at about 7:30 sharp . We stayed at a hotel the night before at a hotel a couple blocks over because we were afraid of getting to the interview late. She was called in around 8:08 and came out about 8:25. That was the longest 15 or minutes or so waiting for her to come out . The IO was very nice and she spoke slowly to my wife during the entire interview.

She already passed the Civic from the April 12 interview.

1. What is your address?

2. What is your height?

3. What are sons name and DOB?

4. Are your sons American citizens?

5. Have you leave the United States for more than six months?

6. What is your husband ‘s name?

7. Is he a US citizen?

8. Does your spouse lives with you?

The Yes/No questions was about 6 or 7 questions.

She brought with her usc certificate, usc passport, transcripts, leases, rent receipts, closing doc, home deed, and insurance cards. And IO officer did not ask for any of these except the green card, and photo ID .
