hello friends i am aniket ( i am from mumbai ,india ), met veronica (veronica is from cleavland ohio ) on internet first we fell in love with each other, we talk on skype and fb every day (all people here must e aware of that staying away is such a pain ) . we met in goa india. we wish to marry. we are here for guidance and make friends who who are going through same situation and together staying motivated :)

April 16, 2013: Mailed out I-130
April 18, 2013: Date Petition filed
May 13, 2013: APPROVED!
May 22, 2013: Case Number received
June 3, 2013: Mailed out DS-230 & DS-2001
June 4, 2013: Medical Exam at Bentick Mansion
Unfortunately I have to re-do it in 6 + weeks as I was diagnosed with pneumonia
June 22, 2013 I traveled to the USA with the plan of returning to the UK, spoke to a Immigration lawyer and he told me to change my status and go the AOS route.
Since 2014 I am a permanent resident.

Hi! Welcome to VJ! You will find this site very informative and friendly! There is so much help right here at your fingertips!

My fiance is from Aurangabad (Bihar) and we met on Facebook and then I went to Mumbai the first time and Kolkata the second time to visit him. I will be flying into Mumbai again for his interview, hopefully soon! We spent some time in Goa also and we loved it there! We say that if for some reason it didn't work out that he didn't get approved to come to the U.S., we'd think about living in Goa LOL But of course we're wishing so much that doesn't happen! And yes, Skype is our best friend these days! LOL That and our cell phones. Just waiting for the time when we get to talk to each other face to face on a daily basis! Best of luck on your journey and I live fairly close to your fiancee!
