Just wondering if there is anywhere online that may warn you that you have an RFE?

Yes, there is this outdated USCIS website that is never accurate..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i29hUIO3jaQ

Or, if you have an Attorney they will tell them and not you. Or, you can email them and supply your e-mail address but don't rely on that either. http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023/contact-us.html

Unfortunately, you are just a another number in a full shoe box of Petitions. It is most important you keep-up and learn all you can.

If you have received your NOA1 for the I-129F, and you have been issued an RFE, then you should have received notification from the USCIS.

You can go to the website below and check the status of your petition using the receipt number on the NOA1 document. They are very timely in updating the status of your petition. At this site you can also sign-up for email and text message notifications.

egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

The embassy in Manila will not know if there is an RFE pending for your petition. They receive the petition after it's approved, and processed by the NVC.

BTW, with a I-129F, no news is good news. You don't have a timeline so can't tell how long you have been without any news. If you get issued an RFE, they will let you know.
