RFE rseponse to NVC

Holla everyone! I just wanna ask you guys & gals, how long does it take NVC to review the RFE response until it results case complete? I have been reading lots of topics & posts here, and based on their timelines, it took them 2-3days to receive a case complete result. NVC received my RFE response last October 13 and until now, haven't heard anything from them. I kept calling them (coz they keep on sending checklist cover letters to me every other day), asking them if they are reviewing my package but can't confirm if it is in their hands. I'm kinda frustrated coz of this long wait and processing. Could someone shed a light for me here? :crying:

USCIS

04/11/2011 : I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

04/13/2011 : I-130 received/Priority date

07/13/2011 : RFE for G325A (beneficiary)

07/28/2011 : I-130 approved :)

Your I-130 was approved in 106 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

08/08/2011 : NVC received case from USCIS

09/08/2011 : NVC assigned case number

09/09/2011 : Paid AOS bill

09/14/2011 : Paid IV bill

09/22/2011 : Submitted AOS and IV packets via USPS Priority Mail

09/26/2011 : NVC received AOS and IV packets

10/03/2011 : checklist cover letter #4 - AOS line 25 being questioned

10/11/2011 : Response to RFE sent via USPS Priority Mail

10/11/2011 : checklist cover letter #5 - IV application OK! :) -NVC still waiting for RFE response

10/13/2011 : NVC received RFE reponse and now, we WAIT! :D

10/24/2011 : CASE COMPLETED! Thank you LORD! :D

11/02/2011 : Interview date confirmed via operator! <3

11/03/2011 : Interview appointment email received!

Your interview took 240 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.

US EMBASSY MANILA

11/16/2011 : Medical Exam - SLEC DAY 1

11/17/2011 : Medical Exam - SLEC DAY 2 : PASSED! :D

12/09/2011 : Interview @ USEM Manila : APPROVED

12/16/2011 : Visa on hand! <3

USA

01/18/2012 : POE @ SFO

02/10/2012 : Green card received

I bet in the next 3-4 days you wil have a case complete! That's what I experience before I recieved a checklist cover letter on sept.15 and on sept.19th I got a CC! Goodluck to you :yes:

Our Timeline- IR-1 Visa : 204 days

USCIS Timeline: 90 days

04.08.11- Send 1-30

04.13.11- NOA1 (CSC)

04.18.11- Touched

07.12.11- NOA2 Yay!

NVC Timeline:- 37 days

08.02.11- NVC Received

08.20.11- Case No. assign/IIN 37 days from NOA2

08.23.11- receives DS 3032/AOS fee bill

08.24.11- Pay AOS Bill/ Sends the DS 3032 thru email

08.27.11- Received IV-Fee Bill

08.27.11- Pay IV-Fee Bill

08.29.11- Sends AOS via USPS

08.30.11- IV- Fee Bill shows Paid

09.08.11- Send IV packet

09.08.11- Received checklist RFE on AOS

09.12.11- RFE docs sends via usps

09.19.11- Case Completed

09.30.11- received interview date (email)

10.11.11- Medical exam.( Passed)

10.13.11- NVC Left

10.19.11- Consulate Received

11.03.11- Interview - Approved! Thank God.

11.04.11- Visa Issued

11.09.11- Visa on hand

USA

POE- Atlanta- 11.16.11

Received Welcome Letter: 11.30.11

Received Green Card: 12.09.11

Received SSN: 12.17.11
