Need advice getting husband deported

Hi guys I have an update but I been up all morning going to ICE and immigration and then to work, so I extremely exhausted and I will be back on tomorrow to share my story and update.

Yes on the condom it was poop and blood on it

The reason why i believe the condom was used on my husband is because after sex he immediately goes into the bathroom to clean himself off..

So i just cannot picture him using the condom on a woman and forgetting to throw away the evidence I just cannot see him doing that, but I can see another man leaving it there to put me in my place and let me know that he got my husband.

Yes I had a feeling he could be gay because of his feminine ways and how easily he cry but he is from Kingston Jamaica and I heard that is taboo there so I would tell myself nah he is from Jamaica he is not gay.

Anyway I will update more information tomorrow.

Its unbelievable how naive we are as human being. Why haven't you file for divorce?

The only thing that can be proved is he is cheating on you.

Next thing you need to find out with proof, was he inclined to guys before marriage was he always gay?

If you can prove that then you got the case claiming marriage was never in good faith and he only used you to be able to immigrate to US.

Seems you have already reported him to ICE which is good, also make sure your report does include he is trying to build a fake VAWA case. That might work in your favor at some point thru the whole ordeal.

This is the one major reason why myself and few others on this forum has repeated over and over you need to be 100% sure about relation or as you mentioned someone can easily use you to enter the country and you would be held responsible for them to becoming a public charge.
