He does need VAWA, so why the fuss on that.

I can nothing that suggests ICE would be remotely interested.

So a waste of time, but if it makes the OP feel better no harm.

He doesn't need VAWA, he can file to ROC after a divorce.

ICE might be interested in knowing that a GAY man married a straight US Citizen for immigration benefits.

A also believe working under the table to avoid paying taxes is a Federal Crime called TAX EVASION which ICE & USCIS don't appreciate an LPR doing.


Must have info for bringing your Philippine wife/fiancee's child to the US

This would be an assumption, no evidence so far.

A also believe working under the table to avoid paying taxes is a Federal Crime called TAX EVASION which ICE & USCIS don't appreciate an LPR doing.

I an not sure either of them care, IRS is another issue but probably more an issue for the Employer.

My husband got approved to move to the USA in May.

I found a condom underneath my couch pillows with feces on it blood and fresh semen inside of it.

hmm it says feces and blood, not sure but the last time i checked women don't get a period from their bum and they don't poop from their V.

Regardless it could of been sex of the backdoor with a man OR a woman. You cant tell the difference unless you catch the person in the act.

I am sorry that your marriage did not work out. What a horrible experience to go through... You cannot, however, get him deported only because you suspect he has been cheating on you. As it was already suggested, you should contact ICE. File for divorce ASAP. Do not talk to him or meet him since he may want to use any such opportunities to build his VAWA case. Don't give him the chance to do that. Otherwise, you must move on with your life. By the way, I doubt that anyone would be interested in spending the money in analyzing the nasty condom in a lab, so just get rid of it. Keeping it is simply disguting.

August 23, 2010 - I-129 F package sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.

August 30, 2010 - Per Department of Homeland Security (DHS) e-mail, petition received and routed to California Service Center for processing. Check cashed. I-797C Notice of Action by mail (NOA 1) - Received date 08/25/2010. Notice date 08/27/2010.

After 150 days of imposed anxious patience...

January 24, 2011 - Per USCIS website, petition approved and notice mailed.

January 31, 2011 - Approval receipt notice (NOA 2) received by mail. Called NVC, given Santo Domingo case number, and informed that petition was sent same day to consulate.

Called Visa Specialist at the Department of State every day for a case update. Informed of interview date on February, 16 2011. Informed that packet was mailed to fiance on February, 15 2011.

February 21, 2011 - Fiance has not yet received packet. Called 1-877-804-5402 (Visa Information Center of the United States Embassy) to request a duplicate packet in person pick-up at the US consulate in Santo Domingo. Packet can be picked-up by fiance on 02/28.

March 1, 2011 - Medical exam completed at Consultorios de Visa in Santo Domingo.

March 9, 2011 at 6 AM - Interview, approved!

March 18, 2011 - POE together. JFK and O'Hare airports. Legal wedding: May 16, 2011.

Maybe you should also contact the IRS since he is working under the table as well as the social security office. You might want to notify USCIS that he has been working under the table...not sure if this will help but cannot hurt.

Sorry to hear about the situation but you need to protect yourself as previously stated beat him to the punch and file for divorce under the grounds of lieing on his sexual orientation. Invest some money and get that condom tested for DNA one of two things will happen you can eliminate youself from the pool and secondly you can prove if it is his DNA. Make a report with ICE and stay away from him. Consider a restraining order if he is still contacting you or your family to prevent any contact and track any violation of contact through the authorities.

Hello, first of all.... I am at loss for words with your case. Actually stupefied is more like it. You are such a VERY strong woman. You actually have the strength and power to brave through this situation.

All I can say is as the brits say, "Keep calm and carry on." Or as our grandmas would say, "This too shall pass."

Please do keep us posted on this progress of yours. It may sound like it is for OUR personal gain, but... just know that there's a VJ community supporting you.
