K-1 visas are not issued green card with a start date of the US entry date. Its dated from when the adjustment of status was approved.

If she entered and got a green card in the mail without doing anything and the date is her entry date then she would have had to enter on a spousal visa. CR-1 for 2 year card and IR-1 for 10 year card.

Where would i find that information if it is a CR-1 or IR-1?

OK I got it. It is a CR-1. I am guessing it means a Conditional Residency Visa? It was issued on November 18th 2009 and expired on April 29th 2010. It also has printed on the Visa attached in her passport the following, Upon endorsement serves as temporary I-551 Evidencing permanent residence for 1 year. and Annotation **212(g)(2)(B) Whatever that means?
