Hello People, Can anyone explain what this means DS-3032 / I-864 Bill? I'll be grateful for the time.

There is no fee for DS-3032. Ds-3032 is the nomination form for the foreign spouse to generally nominate the US spouse to receive the correspondence associated with DS-230. Once DS-3032 is submitted and approved, the DS-230 fee bill appears to be paid - it is USD 404.00. Once this fee is paid, the visa application by foreign spouse can be submitted.

I-864 is the affidavit of support and it has a fee of USD 88.00, which needs to be paid first before those AOS documents can be submitted to NVC.
