Hi,

I was wondering how accurate the processing timeline is. I filed my I-130 in July-2011 at the Chicago Lockbox ( I live in California, therefore it was re-routed to CSC). The recieve date is July-21-2011 and was touched August-4-2011. The I-130 processing timeline shows they are processing August-3-2011. But I have not recieved a email or text (yes I am signed up for mobile alerts). I have tried calling the USCIS office and all they say is it will take up to 5 months. just wondering how accurate the timelin on Visajourney.com is and should I go off of July-21-2011 or August-4-2011. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Also anyone know how I can get my call/IM logs from skype? I know I can copy and print, but I dont think the consulate will accept it since there is no skype logo or other info like a regular phone bill.I tried contacting skype and using thier forum but nobody responded back to me. I can print screen 6 months of calls but I was looking for an easier and more admisable way of generating the logs. Again any information would be greatly appreciated.

im in the same boat regarding the times all we can do is be patient and remember we are not alone in the process. regarding your skype question, you can call them and request a record of your calls for the past year, it may take a few days but they will sent them to you.

hope that helps

I don't think that the consulate has never heard or seen a skype screenshot even without a logo. You'll be fine. Just try to rename your usernames with your real names

Almost all of us who applied in July received tat 08/04/2011 touch. I think they put us all in a big storage bin. I started a thread on July filers at CSC. Check it out on my profile under topics.

Allah[swt] says: “You may have someone in your mind, someone in your heart, someone in your dreams, someone in your life, but I am your someone when you have no one"He[swt] reminds us saying "O Prophet! Allah is sufficient for you and for the believers who follow you." [[Qur'an:8:4]] So when you slip and fall, remind yourself of Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim, the One whose always there, just waiting for your Call!
