Hi guys i need your opinion?

I have B-1 visa and im married to us citizen this May and i still haven't sent my applications yet.

I live in Chicago and my husband and i need to go to California end of November. However, my state ID is expired and i cant renew it and my passport doesn't have visa, because my old passport with a visa got expired and i got a new passport? I was wondering can i fly with Domestic?

I dont think u need visa to fly domestic.. Jus id.. Ur passport should be jus fine

You can fly domestic. All you need is a passport. No need to have a visa.

You should be fine to fly. If by some chance you were detained, being married to a US citizen, you'd be told to file your AOS paperwork, which is obviously a good idea no matter what. If you do get it done before then, carry the NOA1 with you as extra insurance.

Use your passport. Also, I've traveled with an expired Driver's license before. I had my passport as a backup but they didn't need it.

No visa needed within the country...now have a good trip. You're fine as long as you have some form of government issued, valid ID.
