Good afternoon,

My wife has received her Advance Parole authorization. In order to come back to the United States...what does she need to carry? Just this document and her Mexican passport?

Also, she came to the US on a Fiancee Visa. Her passport has her maiden name. Her advance parole document has her new married name. Is this going to be an issue when she attempts to return to the US? Or it it a non-issue since the fingerprints and photos will match? If we get her a new passport, she will have to surrender the old one which has her fiancee visa affixed.

So, the name difference on the AP and MEX Passport doesn't matter? The marriage license if suffice to show the name change?

Yep.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
