Printed on your K1 visa there is a number in red that has a letter A in front of it.... that would be your alien number.

It is on your NOA2.

Get to know this number because its yours for life and you need it for the whole process. AOS/ROC/US CITIZENSHIP.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Many many people do not have it on their visa. They just don't print them on it at all embassys. You should be going by the number on the NOA2 not the visa.

NO, it is NOT normally red, that is the nonimmigrant number of the visa, not the Alien number. Also, the A number on the visa is NOT to be trusted. it is often wrong and can also be the A number of the naturalized USC petitioner.

Yes, the number that starts with the capital letter A. You can find it in your visa and also in the NOA 2 letter.

Trust ONLY the NOA2. Every other place is open to human error.
