Hello to everybody!

I'm in the process of going to see my fiancee of 4 years in the Philippines this Nov. and then will start my paper work. What my question is what all is involved in bringing her daughter Jamie 7 with her when i do the paper work, I know you put her on the I-129f petition but after that what all is there? I know she has to have a birth cert., medical and I have to pay a fee and fill out a application for her. but does she go to the interview with her mother too? also do you know what the fees are for the medical is it just an exam or more? Thanks with all info and help.

Even though we are far from each other right now I know you are close to me in other ways,you are always here in my heart. You give me reason to look forward to each day,You are my life and a dream come true.there are no words to express how i feel for you.You are the light in my darkness.There could never be words strong enough to express my love for you but I'm going to show it to you everyday as long as i live.I love you with my body,soul and mind.I love you very much baby.Mwaaaaaaaaah!

Exam. blood test, Xray. The child has the exact same Immigration Medical as the mother. She goes to the interview with her passport just like the mother. Most of the papers for the child are filled out towards the USEM part.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

You must file for K2 to include the kid.

Medical exam is after your application is approved.

If your fiancee was married before, an annulment paper will be asked.

A separate visa fee and medical exam is required for each visa applicant. Cost is $213.35 for adults, $185.35 for the kid.

yes they will be asked for some health history: asthma, chickenpox, allergies etc. and of course an extensive medical exam.

The medical exam, adminstered by SLMEC, is a two days process:

Day 1 is the medical exam whereas the beneficiary's passport will be taken and sent to the USE along with the medical exam results and;

Day 2 is the vaccination whereas the beneficiary will be given the x-ray film and the DS-3025 Vaccination Worksheet/Record at the conclusion.

I know she has to have a birth cert., medical and I have to pay a fee and fill out a application for her.

After you submit your I-29f Application, it will be your fiancee's turn to work on the load like filling out necessary forms for the interview their Birth Cert, Annulment if applicable, Medical and interview etc. Of course the kid has to come in the Medical exam, I am not certain with the interview with the consul itself.

The OP's SO daughter is only 7 child is under age 15, not "the exact same immigration medical as the mother".
