K-1 confusion plus plus

My fiancé and I are looking into doing K-1 like soon and we have some questions that hopefully people here at visajourney would be able to answer and wouldn't mind to answer. Thank you before hand for the help =).

1. The foreign fiance's signature on the G-325a form has to be original? I meant, can I (the foreign fiancé) signed it here where I'm at then scan it to my fiancé in US? would that work?

2. I'm nervous about the interview, what are the questions do they usually ask? I mean what should I be preparing myself for?

3. Does anybody know about whether or not I can go to school there is US after we get married?

1. For the initial filing G-325a can be without a signature of the beneficiary.

2. Don't be nervous, they usually will ask some questions about relationship. And if relationship is real nothing to worry about. As long as you can proof on-going relationship you should have no problems.

3. Yes you wil be able to go to school. I would recommend to wait for a GC so you will not have to pay high tuitions as an international students.

1. All the forms need to be originals

2. It all varies on the interviewer,but mostly about how you met and such

3. you will be allowed to go to school yes, not sure at what point either after gc or ssn :S

The letter of intent has to have an original signature but not the G325

Oh ya,for the original statements on the letter of intent,after I signed can I scan it to him? Cause with the sending letters from here is just rather dangerous, it can get lost in the middle n is taking too long of a tine

if the petitioner is a temporary worker who works 30-40 hours a week (more likely a part time than a full time), would that be a problem for the visa to be approved during the interview?

is there any documents in filing I-129F that needs to be notorized?

Use Fed Ex / UPS / DHL to send important things rather than regular mail. This is an expensive process. No reason to pinch pennies and cause yourselves extra worries.

As far as school goes, unless it is community college the institution will want to see lawful status. That won't happen until after adjusting status (obtaining the green card).
