My fiance will interview in Moscow. Her 19 year old son and 6 year old son will accompany her there. (And here later) I know there is a $100.00 processing fee for her, but is there also a processing fee for each of her kids?

If the kids will be getting visas as well, yes each child must fill out their own DS-156 with supporting documentation and pay the $100 MRIV fee.
