Hi there.

The I-864 and DS-230 are two separate processes. The IV bill will only be generated after they have received and approved your DS-3032.

we already pay the IV fee bill and got the receipt saying that its PAID..also we submitted the I-864 to the NVC....now we are just waiting for them to mail us if when do we have to send DS-230..are they going to mail us if we have to send DS-230 form?

Oh, sorry I misread your question. You can mail the DS-230 and accompanying documents now. You don't need to wait for them to mail you anything.

Yes, I agree with Caly. Your wife can mail the DS230 now along with her civil documents. Don't forget the Cover Sheet which generated after you paid the IV Fee bill.

No Need to wait for an email. As soon as IV FEE bill shows paid in the payment portal, print the COVER SHEET or send it to your spouse so she/he can put it along with the DS230 Form and other civil documents and send it to NVC since you already sent your AOS packet.
