when can we see the scheddule for dec and january for mumbai

I know that you all are waiting - If I am right the interview dates start trickling from 6th - just another 5 - 6 days wait. Take courage, we are praying for you guys to get December dates.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Thanks for asking. We had a tense stay at Chennai but a wonderful trip after receiving the visa. The POE was also great (under an hour) and we are just enjoying out togetherness. Praise be to the Lord.

I JUST got an email that we have an Interview Appointment in December! :dance:

Dec. 16 2011, 7am, Bangkok

With a little more luck, (I AM A LUCKY BOY!), I might get to hold her in my arms on Christmas! ^_^

10-25-10 Engaged on Pattaya Beach

01-02-11 Marriage ceremony in her Village with her family

01-04-11 Marriage registered at Amphur

02-25-11 I-130 Sent to Chicago, USA

03-07-11 I-130 NOA1 (I-797C) Receipt via postal mail

06-17-11 I-130 NOA2 (I-797C) Receipt via postal mail

06-23-11 I returned to the US to get a job and find an apartment

07-21-11 NVC Case # Assigned

07-29-11 Received DS-3032 and I-864 bill

08-01-11 Paid I-864 bill online

08-18-11 Return completed DS-3032 and I-864 to NVC

09-02-11 Receive IV Bill

09-02-11 Paid IV Bill online

10-10-11 Return completed DS-230 with Police Check and other docs to NVC

10-24-11 Case Completed at NVC

11-02-11 Interview Date Received in email

12-16-11 Nong passed her interview! Woohoo!

12-20-11 Nong's picked up her passport and Visa.

12-21-11 POE - San Francisco.

Approx. 10 months from sending the I-130 to Visa in hand!

10-05-10 - Married in California
06-13-11 - I-130 approved
10-13-11 - CASE COMPLETE!
12-02-11 - Interview - 221g due to a washed passport
12-17-11 - POE - YYC (preclearance in Canada)

2011 to 2013 - Life happened

06-26-13 - Divorce finalized

10-07-13 - I-751 divorce filer paperwork journey begins

07-03-14 - ROC interview - approval pending delayed background checks

07-25-14 - APPROVED! 10 year GC is finally in production!

08-01-14 - 10 year GC in hand. The journey has finally ended. :)

2014 to 2020 - Living paperwork-free and focused on me!

11-09-20 - N-400 filed online - welcome back VJ fam!

6-22-21 - Interview in Nashville, approved! And then...

6-22-21 - Pledge of Allegiance taken. Holy shirtballs I'm a US Citizen.

One with a case closed of late August and another case closed of early September.

Give NVC a call if you have not today. It seems interview dates are starting to come out now.

I called NVC. Interview date has been assigned to us.

Case Completed: Sept 8th, 2011

Interview Date: December 30th, 2011

Consulate: Mumbai

i called nvc and the person name ed told me the the line is too short for the interview so he made my day finally so i will get my pretty soon please god please help me it should be done and over with in december thanks god
