You should be fine Shital. As long as he has had consistent employment and not multiple jobs you should be fine.

I know you interview is soon...if it is possible to find a co-sponsor just in case I suggest you do so...remember must think good and bad to be prepared fully for this process.

221g issued requesting proof of performing Hindu ceremonies ':( as we didn't have a pictures of fera! We were under the impression we had a civil marriage. Anyway, what's the process and how much delay should we expect?

Passed interview and got passport same day, POE in Chicago on December 23, how is immigration down there?

13 January 2011 became husband and wife :-)

13 April 2011 filed I-130

17 April 2011 NOA1

25 July 2011 NOA2

16 August 2011 paid bills

7 October send DS320 and Affidavit of support

20 October case complete

4 November 2011 interview date assigned

Interview in Kyiv on December 16, 2011 --- Approved and got my passport same day yeahhhhh

Well my husbands interview date has been set for Feb 7th at 8:00 am. I have a few questions though for those of you who have already been through this process. I keep reading where copies and originals are asked for when it comes to birth cert and marriage certs. We have sent in originals and copies with the paperwork already. Are these needed again? His interview is in London and I just want to be sure he is properly prepared.
