Did you receive the email/text that they received it and it is under review? For me, I got the emails and texts the same day the received it and they cashed the checks the next day.

I sent in my AOS package last week, tracked it and they received it last Friday, how long does it normally take for them to cash the check? I just checked my account and noticed they haven't cashed it yet.

Every one is different it can take a day a week or 2 weeks . Just be patient it is not even a a week since you sent it in.

We sent my package express post to Texas on Monday and it was received the same day. I know because we are able to track on their website. Any other documents that you send, you might want to send by courier and request a signature..this will ensure that it was delivered and received.

Texas? Isn't it supposed to be sent to the Chicago lock box? We have a tracking number on it, they received it last fri afternoon, was just wondering about how long for them to cash the check.

Yes it is supposed to be Chicago Moemac is wrong and thinking 129f petition. You know they have received it so just wait could be till the end of the week or even next week.

Now it's been a week since they received it and still no email txt or check cashed, is there anywhere I can call?

Is there anyway to track it since all I have is USPS tracking number that says it arrived last friday.

Starting to stress out, this Friday will be 2 weeks since they received it, still no notification or check cashed..........

If its any consolation, it hasn't been two weeks, but I sent mine on 18, and after the immediete notice of my K1 it's odd for a delay in the AOS. However, let us know if you hear anything. Don't have any advice myself, but I have been watching and hope you hear soon (so I can know when I'll hear from mine!).

Many people on here seem to have to wait quite a while for any notice or having their check cashed....in our case we sent in on a friday (july 29) UPS certified mail, NOA for that monday (aug 1) and the check was cashed on wednesday the 3rd (we got the email on wednesday stating our case numbers and such with a priority date of Aug 1)

3/31/2011 NOA2!!(189 days)

6/06/2011 Interview Approved

AOS

7/29/2011 AOS and EAD sent by USPS

8/01/2011 NOA date

8/15/2011 Biometrics walk in (appointment for 8/29)

10/4/2011 EAD in Hand

10/18/2011 Interview Green Card Approved
