June Filers (Vermont) - how's things on your end?

My received date is May 12, 2011 and I am still waiting for NOA2. I called to put in a service request for VSC and the USCIS call center told me they are behind schedule, running at more like 7 months than 5. She pointed me to the USCIS website, which I now see has been changed over the past few days. Instead of now saying "5 months" it says they are processing applications from "March 15, 2011." So, I am losing hope on getting my NOA2 any time soon.

they are so unpredictable thou!!! People are getting NOA2!....so why this crazy "processing time frame"

BIG SIGH! I hope they hired a load of people to execute this a bit faster.... I'm going to cry literally if I dont get my NOA2 within the next 2 weeks tops... lets all cross our fingers n toes and pray this is a wacky update of the processing time frame. POSITIVE THOUGHTS! *breath in* LETS GO VERMONT!...AND CALI! and ALL the Centers!

I think it depends on the adjudicator that is working on your petition or other similar factors, if there was something bad about your petition most probably that u had got an RFE already, when we sent the petition I was preparing myself for a loooong wait 5 - 7 months, but im so grateful we got approved after 93 days, just think we have to prepare ourselves for a long wait, so that when it comes faster its like GREAT!!! hope your petition gets approved soon though, I`m sure we will see u on the top of Igor List very soon

Yea, I'm not blind to the fact that all cases are diff. But put some pep in your step Vermont! lol Awwh ghee thnks. i hope everyone gets their approval that are "long over due" too

Thats fantastic! i'm happy for you guys. Im not a bit worried...Hope my fiance dont get too agitated being home for the remainder of the time that we need to do the EAD and AOS and all that junk. How is your Wife making out with being home for that period of time?

We sent our K1 on 6/8/11 and got NOA2 on September 30th (109 days) I thank God now that we got ours approved before VSC slowed down and is now processing at 7 months! That really sux! We are still waiting for NVC to process. It's been 19 days and the automated system keeps saying they don't have any record of our case. Grrrrrr. I finally decided to speak with someone @ NVC and she said it was received in their system 10/17 and "they don't hold onto them very long" and possibly by the end of this week we should get our case number. Fingers crossed -- as I plan on attending the interview with him and we're really hoping for a Christmastime homecoming with a tentative wedding date of 12/23/11!!

Nice. This wait is horrid smh. I too im in need of a great Christmas this year...My mom will be coming up Nov 8! would be the best year ever if my fiance gets to as well
