So today, 3 weeks after entry into USA, I went to Social Security office and applied for my Social Security Number

The process was a breeze, the lady didn't even ask me any questions, although I did go prepared with the documents from

Arrived at the Staten Island office at 8.15am for 8.30am opening. We waited for around 10-15mins unitl my number was called and around 10mins for the lady to process my details, she then gave me a receipt and told me that all being well I should receive my Social Security Number/Card in 2-3weeks. Left the Office at 9.15am Another step completed on the VJ!!

Busy week now, this upcoming week, preparing for our long awaited Wedding at the end of the month. Shopping for the rings tomorrow
