income for the past three years,

2008: 14,000

2009: 16,000

2010: 43,000

I was in school in 2008 and 2009 full time. This year 2011 i am grossing around 55,000.

Do they reflect three years of income in order to determine if you meet above the poverty line? Should i wait until 2012 to file AOS to have 2010 and 2011 refect by income? I am ready to send the AOS petition today. Any thoughts from experienced members?

My household size is Me, Wife and two children.

Your current income is what they go by. You are good to go.

Dex22,

For a household size of 4 = $27,937 is 125% of the 2011 Poverty Line.

You're fine, you make more than enough.

Passport photo page? Copy of visa? 6 passport photos total (2 for each of AOS, AP and EAD). What is "G-325A and me and Montreal"? Only the immigrant needs to send a G-325A.

Are you immunizations up to date?

I forgot to add that to the list, i did send Passport photo page and copy of the visa. i did not however send 2 passport photo's for the AP nor for the EAD. I will get my case number and then mail in those photos before they RFE me. I thought that i did not need a G-325a for me, but i just sent it in anyways. Yes shot records are current.

They might not RFE you and even if you did send them now (without an RFE) it would be unlikely that tehy would meet up with your file. Easy to fix if they do RFE you (which I doubt).
