I am getting ready to send in my husbands appeal and on the EOIR-29 it states at the top to put his A number under his name but he does not have an A number yet, so do I leave it blank or put his reciept #? (The appeal is for the revoke of our case)

I am not sure what this appeal is about but if one doesn't have a alien registration number, then it needs to be left blank.

I have had a few people asking me to share more.Well we married in Oct,"2008" ,we filed our I-130 end of May "2009" ,was approved by USCIS Dec "2009"

we had an interview in casa Sept,"2010" refused the reason they gave when we recieved our NOIR was In one of our chats they asked my husband if I had finished school He stated no but the Co said that in my chat I stated that I had finished school by getting a GED but this was not true I never said that and my husband was correct so we sent in the proof for the NOIR and more evidence to prove a bona fide marriage so I sent in everything but then that was revoked and stated we could make our last appeal and this time it was stated that since our joint account didn't have enough activity I have to explain why the account doesn't have more activity so here we are. But God willing this time. And I have lived here in Morocco with my husband this whole time (3 years)!

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Thank you for sharing with us. We don't know exactly why we have been denied, so I am actually looking forward to the NOIR to see what the consulate's problem is.
