what happened to you made me read my annulment papers. I also have 3 kids and just got done with my annulment Last May. But I filed the annulment before I met my fiance and my annulment is "No Contest" meaning my ex-husband didn't file a counter affidavit againts me. You should not say that word, but anyways just what other member says it is case to case basis. So maybe the embassy will understand if they read the whole psychological report attached in your annulment papers. And another thing i don't understand why your psychiatrist put that you are also incapacited by noting that you have a passive aggressive personality disorder. That's what happened when you rely everything to your attorney, an attorney is there for the money but without concern. You should find an attorney who wants money but at the same time who wants to win the case. I'm sorry to hear what ahppened to you but God is always our side He works on mysterious ways so just hang on there and keep praying , He will help you.
