I got a letter stating that they understand its more than the normal time frame but I still have to wait and they guy told me even if i am approve today the is no visa available for my category. And he also asked if my wife of I are member of the military i said no,... so basically we have to wait until we are current since the petitioner is not a US CITIZEN
