Hi,

I have to finish the Adjustment of Status, for a K1 Visa, is it necessary to send a G325A Form? We sent some with the I129f...

If necessary, is it only for the immigrant?

Before my AoS, I applied for the EAD (I know that it wasn't useful) that I received, so I did the biometrics before. Do I have to pay the fees for the biometrics in the I-485?

Thank you for your experiences...

Please read the AOS thread in my signature. This process is the immigrants. The USC is only needed to complete the I-864, the rest of the paperwork is entirely the immigrant.

Yes the G-325 is required. Marital status has changed, address for the immigrant has changed, last name if female may have changed.

I'm relatively sure you'll have to pay for biometrics again, but not 100% sure. I've heard of it being waived before but it's only $85. Not worth risking the process over.
