Hello im a green card holder living in the US, im marrying my jamaican fiance this year. I want to know what do he need to qualify for a visiting visa here after we'r married and how long will the process take. Iv applied for my citizenship and is planning on petitioning for him but id still like for him to visa while we wait on this process

For visiting visa he qualifies on his own merit, you cannot do anything.

He would apply for the tourist visa but he needs to decide if he can qualify to meet the strongest ties rule. That means he must prove beyond a doubt that he will return. This can be very difficult to do especially if he is married to someone living in the USA. Those ties are stronger to you than they would be to his own country. If an immigrant visa is in the system it will show on the data base. That could cause a denial or he could be turned away at the POE.
