Can I make additions to the DS 230 at the interview?

Looking for experienced views.

I have an interview coming up and the DS 230 that was submitted to NVC did not include information about my Unauthorized Employer in the USA. (I had received voluntary departure over 6+ years ago)

However, I did include all Voluntary Departure documentation with the Originals submitted. I have no intentions of concealing any information - I simply did not recall dates of my employment when filling out the form.

I wanted to know if I should bring this up at the interview before going under Oath and signing the DS-230 or should the fact that my voluntary departures are in their possession and will be available for them to review, during the interview, suffice?

Also, what really happens in Administrative Processing?
