from 1 NOV 2011 my company will terminate me from JOB :( , so i have to cancel my UAE visa ,

I am surmising the terms of your UAE visa is that you must remain employed and upon that employment ending, you would no longer have status in the UAE and would be required to depart. You don't cancel your visa, only authorized government authorities do that.

i am from Pakistan , the question i can go my home country and after that i can attend my interview in Abu dhabi on Visit visa, is this possible ?

I suppose it's possible but I figure that it is unlikely you will be able to do that. I would contact the Embassy in Abu Dhabi and see if you can get some kind of expedite based on your situation. Otherwise, you will have to contact the Embassy in Islamabad and have them send a request to Abu Dhabi to have your case transferred.

is this effect on interview if i am unemployed ?

No

You have two options:

1) try and extend your visa in UAE if possible, since it seems the they process applications a lot quicker there than in Pakistan, especially if you are put in AP (which I am guessing because you will be).

OR

2) Go back to Pakistan and have your interview at U.S. Embassy in Pakistan. I think you will end up having to wait a lot longer.

If you are on a visa in U.A.E, yes, you have to be employed by the employer it states on your visa. You seem to have a temporary workers visa like my fiance, so yes, you do need to be employed by which ever employer is stated on your visa. However, if you go back to Pakistan you would not need to be employed.

yes she is working here.

Were you able to figure out if it if your visa situation will be ok with the embassy? I have just realized that I might end up being on a visit visa as well by the time my interview rolls around since I got laid off recently and my employment visa will expire soon. Dont know if its any of the Enbassy's concern if we are on a resident visa or visit visa when interviewed! Views?

well, they DO, sorta, for a USCitizen - when

1. show prior years tax return even with the foreign exclusion listed or

2. an employment letter is shown , stating the annual salary, on interview day.

Sure, it's a 'given' that the employment and subsequent monies will be stopped after the two of you get back to USA, but in the same breath, uhm, is she depositing any of these monies in to some bank account, to show USDollars somewhere ?
