Anybody here experienced to redo fingerprinting after interview and submitting additional requirements to USEM? My mom had her interview on Sept. 15 but USEM needs more documents in order for them to approve the visa, additional documents were submitted the next day. Almost one month passed,USEM now informed us that my Mom needs to redo finger printing. This is not a joke, why they never made sure that they captured her fingerprints correctly in the first place? My parents live in Ilocos Norte, very far from Manila, now she needs to go back to Manila just to have finger printing, it's ridiculous and very frustrating. Please I need information from those who experienced this. How long is the wait again. Really appreciate your responses. Thanks.

My wife had rejected fingerprints (3) times in the US. For some people the scanners cannot clearly capture the prints no matter how many times they try. After the FBI rejects them the only option for the officer processing the case is to capture another set. Sorry to hear about this. It sux.

i don't get it.
