The issue is, what should I do if ever there is something needed to be done IF my co sponsor recently just sponsored AGAIN. Should I inform anyone about the change since the sponsor will increase household members. And since I will be able to sponsor myself already, should I cancel the co sponsor? Is this reviewed again once near the end of the sponsorship?

there's nothing you can or should do, as long as the joint sponsor gains enough, he or she can sponsor o co sponsor more than one person, it does nothing to your case. you cannot change anything. you cannot cancel anything.

the rules are there on the instructions, you will be free once the person petitioned becomes a USC, so will the joint sponsor. you cannot cancel the joint sponsor.
