What consist of packet 3 for Amman Jordan?

Hi all...

Can someone tell me what consist of packet 3 from Amman Jordan? I want to start working on filling out the forms and gathering documents that we will need now to be ready.

Is it necsesary to wait until we recieve the "hard copy" in the mail or can I download the forms from the net?

Also, what about a "checklist" I have been seeing mentioned for packet 3...is that something that has to be mailed in with packet 3?

If anyone from Amman would be willing to share with me, what thier packet 3 consist of and what is needed to be sent back, can this packet be dropped of at the embassy in Amman, emailed? I would really appreciate it.
