Forgot to include addition to G325

Hi all,

So I realized today that I made a dumb mistake. I was re organizing all of the copies of paperwork I sent in a week ago for my wife's I-130, and I realize that I forgot to include the addition to the residential history on MY G325a. I filled out the past 3 years on the G325 before I ran out of lines, and I made an addition with the same info etc, but I forgot to staple it to the form! I don't know how I could have missed that, especially since I went over it like 3 times before I sealed the envelope.

Anyways, I haven't received NOA1 yet or anything, do you guys think I should just let it go for now? I wouldn't want to wait for an RFE and then send the page. Can I send it to them with a note saying it is for my file, and include my SSN and wife's info, etc?

What is the best course of action? Thanks

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do now. You'll have to wait for an RFE to be able to send anything else in. There is little to no chance that any additional papers will get matched up to your case at this point. I did something similar by forgetting to send in copies of my divorce papers, but once we got the RFE, it was less than 2 weeks to get the final approval.

I am wondering if it will even cause a problem. I am the USC and I didn't forget to add anything pertaining to the marriage. It was just the last 1.5 years of the 5 year residence history. How does USCIS normally get in touch with you for an RFE? email or regular mail? still can't believe I did that.

My guess is that you will be fine, if the G-325A is of the foreign spouse. The DS-230 that the foreign spouse files at NVC will contain almost same details and is the actual visa application. You may also be fine if it is of USC also but am not sure.

I (USC) just gave organizations of work without providing the addresses and I was fine.
