I was 13-14 of age, b/c when I came to the US I was 15+. No, I did not go to the interview. With all the evidence we had and I was there in April, I didn't think I need to. Plus I needed to save money for wedding Plans and visa expense. Also, even if I went I wouldn't be allow to be with him during the interview.

I really feel your pain and I sympathize with what you’re going through. I will firstly say I’ve been following up on your Thread since you first posted your question. You have to understand one thing here, It’s not all about what your earn, been that if you were not qualified financially there are other ways and method of getting the K- 1 approved whether it’s by co-sponsors as well to show your financially able. The most important thing is proving that your relationship is a Boniface one. One of the things the Consulate looks at after reviewing your K- 1 application is prove. You should have 1. Travelled to Jamaica more often, I understand but you only visited 2 times and stayed 2 weeks on each visit. Thank could have been 4 times since you had gotten back together if you had stayed 1 week at a time plus 1 more time the day of the interview which is very very important and would have been a better way of identifying that you relationship is Boniface. You been there, yes they don’t really have to call you in but it shows Support for the person you’re planning to spend the rest of your life with. I have seen where people have given you some good advice here. File back the K-1 visa as they have suggested and for the next interview put all of effort and time in preparing for bring up the person you love. We are all here to help you in anyway necessary and good luck on your journey.

1. Phone Records

2. Pictures

3. Western Union Receipts

4. Copy of your passport Stamp out with Landing Info

5. Email if necessary.

6. Communicate as much as possible

7. Pray and ask God to help you.

We will be praying for you.
