You will see in my post I issued the caveat "unless it's REALLY off, as in by years/months". Yours is off my months and therefore wrong. The date on your approval notice is not the correct date either. The OP's is off by 2 weeks, that's still fine. It is important to note that not EVERY situation is the same. Your situation is vastly different to the OP's.

umm, by "oh yeah" I thought I agreed with you. Yes, my date is way off. Al I wanted the OP to know was that the date on my GC did not show anywhere in USCIS data base and that the officer confirmed the date of approval that was on the notice. My 90 window to file for ROC is very much affected by this inconsistency, hers...not so much.

January 18, 2011: case transfered to CSC (day 60)
February 10, 2011: EAD & AP approved! (day 83)
February 24, 2011: GC production ordered! (day 96)

Removing conditions: 5 months and 30 days!
December 6, 2012: package mailed
December 10, 2012: NOA 1 (day 4)

June, 5, 2013: APPROVED!!!

June, 10 2013: 10 yr GC received
