Hi VJ,s, my problem is with form DS-157 (embassy form) for interview.Question 12 asks to list your last 2 employers. My filipina doesn,t have the address or name from the one in Saudi Arabia since they kept her passport and all paperwork. She was treated very mean, 18 hour work days,no money, and verbal abuse every day.She eventually ran away to the philippine embassy and was deported 6 months later.B-4 that she worked in HK, and in the province. What should she put in that space. We don,t want any red flags, or suspicion of fraud.Any experiences or advice will be appreciated.thanks

Anyone can freely correct me, the agency that sent her is her official employer, not the company or the person she worked with so she should list the agency's name and address. That person in HK or KSA will be her official employer if after the contract with the agency, she was directly hired by that person without passing through agency and they are the one that spent for her working and travel arrangement.
